We're using the registered user list in our site to send out a newsletter. We've just sent out our first and it is crucial to our contact with customers and prospective customers.

I created a test permission level to check everything worked, and I had no problems at all. All five admin users who I had subcribed to the test permissions got the email. I had a bulk email reply telling me so.

When I sent the newsletter out to the remainder of the database, I did not receive a similar e-mail. I also did not receive the newsletter to a number of ordinary accounts that I hold for testing the look of the site.

I know that DNN sent out some e-mails because some dead e-mail addresses bounced and have since been deleted from the database.

Does it take a while for the process to be completed? After I'd clicked on the send button, the page refreshed and told me that the process was completed (green triangle icon). We probably have about 50 addresses in the database.

I'd really appreciate any advice on this matter. Like I say, it's crucial to our company strategy that this works and I don't want to find that I send them out again, possibly sending the same e-mail out twice and looking silly.

Wanted to point out that we're using DNN 3 to run the site.
