After upgrading to V 07.03.02(109) we are now not able to edit content.  The dialog box does come up but no content is withing the box.  We can edit the content while on the page by using the quick edit mode (the pencil icon) but we have no chance to use the standard way and use the "HTML" option.  Here is what we have done.

1) re install the update
2) try it on different browsers
3) Tried it on different computers on different networks
4) Cleared our Cache

sounds like an issue with the Telerik editor. I suggest switching to CkEditor (http://dnnckeditor.codeplex.com)

Installed the CKEditor and same issue. New editor appears however the same problem is still there. Would deleting the DNN and re-installing DNN?

In the pre-upgrade site did you override the specification for jQuery/jQueryUI?

If so the post-upgrade site will use your specified version of jQuery which may be incompatible with 7.03.02

what version did you upgrade from, if it was prior to 7.0 you might need to check you meet new prerequisites (e.g. .net 4.0, sql 2008 or higher) - also check that extensionless urls work (some older OS's miss http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980368 which is required)
