Error “Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Website.

On Portal 0,  Hosthttp://www.cpqcart.com/Portals/_default/Skins/Gravity/images/breadcrumb.pngHost Settings>Other> Site Log History: was changed from 0 to 90

Waited several days and still same message

Created Portal 1 Site Log History:=90 and it has data

Site Log Buffer =1  Storage =Database

In Scheduler Purge Site Log & Purge Log Buffer are unchecked

I found several other posts with the same problem but NO solution

What is the solution to start site log history?  Thanks for any suggestions!!!

FOUND the Problem

After many posts on the subject found it has to be set in TWO (2) places Host & Admin.

That makes sense the a site admin my not want  as many days or even zero

The two places are:

Host> Host Settings>Other Settings >Site Log History: =xx  

also In Admin>Advance Setting> Host Setting> Site Log History (Days):=xx  If this larger than Host it display these days
