We are running the last DNN community edition before 8 (sorry don't have the exact version number 7.4xx) It has been about a week since we logged into our site.  At that point, no issues. Today, we log in as a superuser and there is a pop up hoving over our site asking if we want to get the newsletter and a button to download the manual. All great stuff, but we cannot close this box or access our edit features for our site. Both the popup and site are greyed out. We can't move the popup or close it since it is under the DNN menu bar (Admin, Host, Tools ....).  See screenshot. Might anyone have the same issue? Any suggestions to move post this so we can edit or site? Thanks.

there should be a dismiss button on the bottom left corner and it should have a close in the top right corner - you might need to drag on the form with the mouse.

Hi Sebastian

Thanks for those suggestions. We already tried those options. There is a disable button, but it is greyed out and doesn't allow it to be clicked. Cannot drag the form and the zoom doesn't help either. We have tried to tab through the options too.

this sounds like a JavaScript issue - as the content of the window is missing as well. did you try Shift-F5 to reload all elements from the server?

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
