does this meanthat Ver 9.XXX is going to be finally fixed?  i.e. Features rewtored that were removed from  ver 8 and especially dumping the personna bar?

Dnn 9.1.1 create html tags in javascript and set styles in js files
set style in javascript is not perfect
It takes a lot of time to write from the author and takes the power of change from the end user
for example : support rtl and ltr simultaneous reguird to change js and css , Or responsive requird change js and css
only the style needs to change. Is not it better?
the coders are inexperienced, after 15 years
I think we still have to wait to get a better version
