When I change the meta title of a child page in the Page settings option, child page URL is getting changed automatically. Breadcrumbs are getting added to the URL and it gets saved in such a format. Is there an option in DNN to disable such a behavior. This happens only with the child pages.

The DNN is of the latest version (9.1.0). The URL format is "advanced".

I tested how these settings work on a fresh DNN installation. I am seeing a similar behavior on a fresh install as well. I suppose this is the way it works (Maybe a glitch in the latest release).

Any ideas how to change this behaviour?

if using advanced URLs, all child urls are modified as well.
Previously used urls are added as redirect to make sure, there is no SEO damage or broken link.
