Where can I find a brief overview of the differences between DNN3 and DNN4, both from an end-user perspective, and from a developer perspective?

There must be a document like this somewhere, but I can't seem to put my fingers on it...

The answer to this is in the DotNetNuke FAQ

Unfortunately, the answer there is not much of an answer.  One post claims that "both are identical in function" and the next post claims that "there are a lot more features that can taken advantage of".

What I am looking for is a brief set of bullet points telling me: a) what are the advantages of 4.x over 3.x for my end-users, and b) what are the advantages of 4.x over 3.x for my module developers.

This is a topic that is always on my mind so I posted a blog about it on my site

While I post alot of my help here, I feel that my general comments and thoughts are not really welcome on the DNN forums based on several comments lately, so I have some written my views based on my 3 + years of working in this space.  And in the future for now, will post more information on my site.  I would post on the DNN blogs but we are not allowed to mention anything that refers to us personally, only about DNN and I can only talk about my personal experience since that's all I've got to offer here in this topic.

I hope this gives you some further insight.
