I'm looking for a DNN host for a couple of websites that I'll be setting up.  I've tried 3 DNN hosting providers so far and I've had a poor experience in each case.  The DNN portals that I run on my co-located server have all been stable, responsive, etc so I know the problem is with the hosting providers and not DNN itself.

I'm looking for reccomendations for a solid DNN hosting provider from people who have run a DNN site that gets steady usage and that has been operational for at least a year.

Please don't reply if you are a sales representative of a hosting provider, work for a hosting provider, or if you just found a DNN hosting provider and it seems to be working out for your family photo album after using them for a month.

You get the idea.    I'm looking for really solid experienced reccomendations.

Thanks for the help,
Craig

Hi, I have my personal website hosted with www.IHostAsp.net. I am very happy with them, they focus alot on DNN hosting. When I have questions, they usually get back to me within a few hours with a solution. The cost is very reasonable and have been in business for a while. They have been very helpful and I highly recommend them.

I use resellerchoice.com,

but if your site is that mission critical and load intensive and response time a must, Etc.. Etc..  You should be looking at a dedicated/co-located server, not sure if you will ever find what you are looking for in a shared hosting server.  resellerchoice works great for us,  no downtime, fast responses,  but my dnn’s are not mission critical sites or paying my mortgage

To make a long story short, due to recent experiences with shared hosting, I only host sites on dedicated servers I have full access to. Not shared, not virtual. I'm a web developer. I'm not in the hosting business. My only concern is the website is going to perform well and be available. If I can get a few clients on a box paying for it, this works.

The downside is that I have to manage the box, but that's the only way I see you can host a reliable DNN website. If you want a homepage and photo album, go with shared. Your friends and family will wait for your homepage load, but customers will not...

What I really hate is that dotnetnuke.com is advertising some of these so-called DNN hosters. I've actually gotten several emails from people who saw some of my posts here about these companies who are having the same problems I had. We should open up a separate support forum for each company who advertises on dotnetnuke.com -- it's only fair since DNN is basically encouraging the use of these companies!

I won't slam any companies in this post...

Are you on a dedicated server at WH4L?  I see a referral link from your home page to them, so do you highly recommend them?  I like Portal Web Hosting for customer service and uptime.  I would just want to make sure the hosting company is not actually a reseller of services.
