Is anyone aware of a module that allows users to post business opportunities and requirements and have the ability for potential contractors to reply to these?  Basically a buyer would post their needs to a public listing and then potential people can reply with what they can offer and only the poster can see the replies.  Similar to some of the online job outsourcing sites, such as elance.

Any idea what listign module they are using?  For our needs this is for a non DNN related business, so we are not looking to duplicate their work but do similar for another industry.
