Hi again, I have another problem that I want to maintain document management system on my community. Now the problem is I added a module of document in my community, so if I login with simple user account on my community it does not allowed me to upload my preferenced file or document for other people so they can download it, but yes it does allowed to choose from existing files to upload that file in the community.

So my question is how can I upload some files according to my preference but not from the existing files or folders.

Go to Admin menu > File Manager and open the folder that the files are going into. Then look at the Permissions section at the bottom. Your Registered Users role needs to have View and Write to Folder checked.

You may want to look at the Repository module.  It has a documents template I think (among others), is fully skinnable, and has moderation capabilities to allow fairly decent control of who can add files, comments, etc...
