I'm very new to DNN and really love it. I decided to use it for a project but I have a weird issue in deploying it to my 2003 server.

I'm using the latest version (4.3.4) and download the starter kit version. I create a new DNN project in Visual Studio 2005 and run it, everything works likes its suppose to. I then use VS to 'Publish' the website. On my 2003 box I make a virtual directory, make sure its set for ASP.NET 2.0, enable scripts and exec access. In NTFS I set the permissions for both the NETWORK SERVICE account and the IIS_WPG account. I copy the published website to my server. Everything appears to be working, I can browse pages, login as host or admin. But when I log in as either host or admin and try to edit one of the text/html controls I get a page with the free text box telling me that its not installed properly and some code to put in the web.config (for the http handlers) but those lines are already in the web.config. I also cannot get to teh page for editing users or super user account. I get an error loading the user control.

I looked and the source for the webpage (for the textbox issue) and I noticed the javascript is trying to load from the aspnet_client folder instead of the providers folder. I thought i would be smart and create the aspnet_client folder and copy all the files from the providers folder into it. I didn't get the errors anymore and could type in the textbox but none of the text i typed would get saved.

I have no idea what I doing wrong or what else I may need to setup on my server. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
