Hi,
I am using dotnetnuke 4.0.3 and there is a strange access issue when and admin and a user is logged on from the same machine. Here are the steps to reproduce this issue on a basic 4.0.3 installation.

1. Login as admin.
2. Create a new role called MyRole.
3. Create a page called MyPage and grant view permission to MyRole.
4. Create a user account called MyUser and assign him to to MyRole
5. Logoff from admin and close all browser windows.
6. Open a browser again and login as admin.
7. Open another browser (Not a new window in the existing one).
8. Login as MyUser.
9. The menu will not display the link for MyPage even though MyUser is in  MyRole. Even if you type the full url to mypage you will get a access denied error.

I know this might not be a serious issue since its unlikely that this would happen in the real world scenario. But it is a bit difficult to convince customers about DNN security framework when these sort of things happen. I would appreciate if anyone can shed light on this issue.

Regards
Chamindu.
