I'm very new at DNN, and am having a devil of a time with customizing the menu.

I've created a new skin that's working very well, at least in terms of partitioning the page out. I'm creating the skin pages in html, and adding a [MENU] tag. It appears and works, but I need the background color of the menu to be #327232.

I've changed the background-color style of every CSS element I can find in my skin.css file to #327232, and the submenu does indeed have that background, but the main menu bar is still white. The downarrow on the main menu has the new background color, but the menu bar itself and the main menu items don't.

I don't have any custom containers in my skin.

Can anyone please help? I've wasted two days on this and it's driving me bonkers.

As an aside, is there a way to have multiple, different menus on different pages? I'm not certain how to do that either.

Thanks a million.
