I think I have completely corrupted my dotnetnuke installation.  Initially I could not log in, I changed the web.config file and ran various scripts to try and reset the passwords but all to no avail.  Now I can't even view any of my sites.

I need to know how to recover the sites I had, if possible? and how to go about rebuilding what I seem to have destroyed.  Should I upgrade to the latest version, I am currently on 4.0 I think (downloaded about 6 months ago).

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Dave
