I have created a new implementation of the MembershipProvider running on ASP.NET 2.0/DNN 4.3.4 and inside my new provider class I have situations where I want to log any exceptions that could occur.  I'm using the built in DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.LogException mechanism to write the exception and i see that this method is overloaded (5 times) and one signature takes a DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.SecurityException but when I create a new instance with my error message and pass it to the LogException method I receive the following error:

Unable to cast object of type 'DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.SecurityException' to type 'DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException'.

I would like for it to show up in the logs as a Security Exception.

Any help would be appreciated?
