I was just testing and investigatine DNN's RSS capabilities to see how they'd benifit my site.

Finding a good window RSS reader was my first problem? Any suggestions?

I finally export a feed from events and announcmednts to MyYahoo! and they worked  - sort of

The announcments didn't have a title onky the DNN favicon - but the events worked

The events had a site title (not the Events title) but the times were un UTC not PDT. Looking at the xml it looked as is DNN exported the data in a format other than RFC822, which I think is the RSS standard.

Nowhere could I drag the XML icon from my 4.3.5 DNN site to a reader, but I could from DNN's site. Any ideas?

Am I correct that I could not export RSS from members-only pages to a RSS reader?

It is difficult to see if the problems are in DNN or the reader.
