I am getting a host of errors after upgrading from 3.2.2 to 3.3.5.  Some seem related to permissions and others look like theymight be bugs in DNN.  The one below looks like a bug in DNN, does anyone have a thought or concurrance or suggestion as to what to do about it?  I do not know which module is causing this - it is from my site log.

My guess is that when you upgraded, you didn't use the web.config from the upgrade and therefore missed a change which corrects that error:  the addition of cookieless="UseCookies" like this:

    <!-- Forms or Windows authentication -->
    <authentication mode="Forms">
      <forms name=".DOTNETNUKE" protection="All" timeout="60" cookieless="UseCookies"/>
    </authentication>

Actually I did use the release.config  that was packaged with the install package and made my custom changes.

Initially I used the upgrade package, but  was getting messages about missing files, permission problems, etc, so I coppied the full install package.  Several of the problems went away, but there are a few still niggling errors.

I made the change you suttested, but I am not wure why. I did not see anything in either of the error messages about cookies.
