I tried several DNN hosting companies,
(goDaddy, webSecureStores, Brinkster, serverIntellect, etc.),
some are ok, others are bad, none of them can be considered
to be called 'quality hosting'.

I'm looking for some company which answer to support calls
in 2 hours (instaed of 24 hours) and that don't have 5000 web sites on one web server...

Can that be found for 15$-20$?

You are going to have a hard time finding a plan for about this money that does not load up their servers a good bit. I've had good luck with ServerIntellect and for a long time I even had good luck with WebHost4Life ( That changed about 6 months ago). I think in order to get pretty good performance then you are going to have to look at one of the VPS plans and get in the 40-50 dollar a month range.

I've found Crystal Tech (http://www.crystaltech.com/dotnet20.aspx) to be excellent with very competitive rates, but have not yet tried their DNN hosting services.
