I'm reaching out to the DNN community for some ideas w/ a project I'm in charge of.  It seems simple but I haven't found a good way to implement it yet.  What I need is basically a check list w/ different levels of access permissions, due date, progress, notes, and maybe a customizable field.  This will be for when a new employee (EE) starts at my organization and the orientation they are to go through w/ each department. 

Example: 

IT Department

Some things won't be much more than a check box w/ a space for sign off.  While others items will require a bit more.  This is something that needs to be managable w/ several different supervisor/manager types and be able to keep records of all past EEs. 

It's something that I was hoping I could handle w/ a simple MS Outlook Publick Task List folder, but it doesn't seem to be working as well as I'd hoped.  Permissions and delegation are important as a new EE comes in only he should be able to view and his manager should be able to edit his oreientation check list.

I know I'm at the DNN forums here, but If someone has a better non-DNN idea please let me know.  Also, I'm working for a non-profit so we don't have much money to put into this.
