Hi All, I am getting an error when attempting to login to the admin section both on my local build and on the server. First I get an upgrade message everytime… Upgrading DotNetNuke Current Assembly Version: 04.00.02 Current Database Version: 04.03.04 Upgrade Status Report 00:00:00.593 - Performing General Upgrades Upgrade Complete Click Here To Access Your Portal I click to access my portal where it loads the main page fine but when I go to login as admin or host it fails and generates this error… Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Security.Authentication.Configuration.get_DefaultEmailDomain() at DotNetNuke.Security.Authentication.Configuration..ctor() at DotNetNuke.Security.Authentication.Configuration.GetConfig() at DotNetNuke.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationController..ctor() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Security.Signin.cmdLogin_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) in C:\Projects\brightsuntech\LCPforms_project\trunk\LCPFormsWebsite\admin\Security\Signin.ascx.vb:line 177 at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) at System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.System.Web.UI.IPostBackEventHandler.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(IPostBackEventHandler sourceControl, String eventArgument) at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(NameValueCollection postData) at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) I go the code line 177 in Signin.ascx.vb and see that there are no syntax or reference errors but instead a System.NullReferenceException error. Why would this be? Thanks, -Nathan
