I just down;oaded the 4.3.6 source kid, compliled it and installed it on my localhost.  I was surprised to notice that the Wizard was missing from the comoon tasks at the top right of the screen.  I have used this to apply content that I moved from a test installation to the active site and visa-versa.  Is there another way to apply a template to the creation of portal 0?

I am not 100% sure cause I haven't tested that the wizard works but it is still there in the admin folder. I was able to get to it by typing the url directly to it. ie.

http://yourdomain.com/Admin/SiteWizard/tabid/'thetabid'/portalid/'ThePortalID'/Default.aspx

replace yourdomain.com with your real domain. Replace 'thetabid' with the real tabid and replace 'theportalid' with the real portalid.

I hope this helps I will try to test it tommorrow becuase I use it to move sites from server to server also.
