Hi,

I migrated a DNN 4.0.3 installation from one server to another without any problems. That install was then upgraded to 4.3.6.

Now, the portal functions as before (it still displays images from these 'missing' folders) however if you use the gallery control from within the text editor none of the portal subfolders appear (Portals/0/foldername). Now, I know they exist, and they can be accessed by visitors to the site, and I checked the server and everything is as it should be.

So the folders exist and can be accessed but they aren't being listed from with DNN. They do not show up in DNN File Manager either. It is like they have just become hidden.

I have tried removing the folders from the portal root folder and copying them back in again but that made no difference. I see the only option is to recreate the folders from within DNN and copy the files over, but that will break the image links throughout the site and I've got 3 sites like this!

Any ideas?

I've been asking essentially the same thing in this post for weeks, with no decisive response.
