We are trying to determine if running under Medium Trust is something our modules need to support.

Our currently released products do. But some of our products that we are about to release won't unless we put back their release and redo some code to not use reflection.

So please, let us know if this is an issue for you. Comments appreciated.

My host won't budge from Medium trust, and I guess many others would be in the same boat.

What do you mean by Reflection?? I've heard this referenced before on these forums.

If you’re targeting a broad audience, I’d recommend supporting a medium trust environment. The problem is, the trust level is set for the entire DNN installation. Perhaps your module is secure, but what about all the other modules your customer has installed?

The core is designed to run under Medium Trust, and it is currently an MS recommendation to Windows Hosters to set the trust level on hosting accounts to medium trust.
