Hey guys/gals,

I have a user on my site that has a strange problem. After he is logged in ... when he clicks one of my links it asks him to log-in again .... then it takes him to the page ....

I created a test account for me and I have no problems ... Anyone seen this before ....

Is this anything todo with cookies?  I've seen perculiar behaviour when people have their cookies or permissions set differently - what sort of link is it - just to another page? Are there any modules that are set on there requiring different roles?

I think it has to be his settings or firewall. The user was using IE7 when he had the problem ... I actually Logged in with his acount with my computer and everything worked correctly. It was happening when he was clicking on Page Links inside the portal. Since no other user has complained I will tell him to check his settings ....

That's a good point - It's sometimes hard to remember all user variations without a comprehensive checkbox... and I'm going to add that to mine - so thank you for replying and suggesting that since there are times we just can't work out every other problem.
