I've been using DNN on a limited basis for just over a year and have run into a problem I can't figure out.  Hopefully someone can help.  On one particular portal, neither me (the host admin) nor the portal admin can add user accounts.  When we click on User Accounts under the Admin menu or click on the Users icon in the taskbar, we end up on the page where we can update our profile information.  Any attempt to access the list of user accounts redirects to the user profile page.  I'm thinking the problem is something simple - something setting I changed somewhere - but I can't seem to find it.  Does anyone have any idea on what's going on?

I'm using version 3.3.6.  The default portal does not have this problem - it is only happening on a new (the only new) portal I created.
