I created a template and it behaves really strange. I tried on two different installs and the result is the same.
Template:

<div class="DNN_ANN_Content">
<div class="DNN_ANN_Title"><a href="[URL]" target="_Self">[TITLE]</a></div>
<div class="Normal DNN_ANN_Description">[DESCRIPTION]</div>
</div>

I need the outer div (DNN_ANN_Content) for a background-image.
If I'm logged in the div gets rendered, but as soon as you log out it isn't..
I tried restarting DNN, clear the cache etc. but nothing changes...

Anybody any suggestions?
Thanks

About an hour later they suddenly appeared... guess it's a cache problem, although reset application didn't help...
By the way I tested this on two new DNN 4.4.1 installs, both localhost and on a live server.
Moderate caching and no whitespace filtering.
Thanks Mr...
