I'm on version 3.3.7 of DNN and am trying to install the 3.0.4.0 Announcement Module.  Here is the error i'm receiving after installation.

 

Error: Current Announcements is currently unavailable.

Went to Host Settings and clicked Restart Application.  Same error appears.
