I'm new to an existing DNN website. Our website was upgraded from DNN 2.x to 4.3.5. Our old admin said the Announcements folder used to be named Announcements-Pub. Our EventLog is overflowing with the following error:

RawURL: /DesktopModules/Announcements-Pub/rss.aspx?m=1557&t=346
AbsoluteURL: /DesktopModules/Announcements-Pub/rss.aspx

Is there a location where the RSS URL's are stored? I can't find reference to "Announcements-Pub" in our code or the SQL database. Thanks so much for any suggestions you can provide.

do never rename system folders, they are managed by the framework and modules themselves. If you upgraded from DNN2, you might need to delete folders of 3rd party modules and install updated versions due to update instructions. With default modules like announcements, the upgrade should be done automatically.
