I have installed the latest version of the announcements module and have a permissions question. I created a group, Site Editors, who I want to be able to modify any content areas. In each module I have set that group to modify module. When someone in the Site Editor's group clicks add new Annoucement, then clicks the "local file" radio for the image, they do not get the upload new file link that I get as host admin, or as a user gets with site administrator. I would prefer not making this person any kind of administrator with access to those menu functions. How do I allow this group access to the "upload new file" link when adding a new announcement? Thanks. C

From my experience it sounds like you need to go to the File Manager in DNN and give that group read/write rights to a folder in your portals structure so that they can upload/choose files.
