Hi, I'm new to DNN.  I've installed 4.8.2 on my machine and currently trying out the announcements module.  When I syndicate the content of the announcements module, there are two things I noticed: 1) A lengthy entry/announcement will be displayed with a '. . .' once syndicated and 2) ive inserted images but it doesn't show up. What could be the problem with this one?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I figured out how to take out the '. . .'.  The only problem I have right now is that there are no images being displayed when i syndicate.

remember that syndication of the announcment module is powered by the core syndication feature, which in turn is powered by the search indexer. Only the announcement text and title are indexed by the search indexer, hence announcements images will not show up in the rss feed
