I want my module to display such that the TITLE is the text that displays for the READMORE link.  So far, I am close - I have it appearing right, but the links do not work.  My customization in the item template is:

The resulting URL I see is http://localhost/Home/tabid/290/%3Ca%20href=%22http://newlink.com%22%20target=%22_new%22%3Eread%20more%20...%3C/a%3E

Can someone please advise me on a fix?  I had it displaying the way I wanted in the old Announcements module, but can't seem to downgrade successfully.
