I have seen a few posts on similar topics, but none that have answered the question.

I have an announcement module on the Home page that I would like to have set to show Current announcements.  On a seperate page, I added the 'existing module'.  I would like to set this module to show only Expired announcements (to use as an archive - then my thought would be to set the History to 200 or so days).

The modules are not keeping their settings (for the Current vs Expired drop down).  Am I expecting this to function in a way it was not designed for?
