Hi -  I am having an issue with uploading new image files when I am editing/creating an announcement.  In the image section, I navigate to the folder that my user has read/write access to and the "Upload New File" appears.  But when I click on this link, i get the following error: "You don't have permission to upload files to this site ".  I have verified that the user is part of the security role that has read/write access to the folder I am trying to insert the new file in.  I have spent several hours searching google along with the dotnetnuke forums to no avail.  I would really appreciate someone's help.  Thanks in advance.
