Hi guys,

My client is running the latest Announcements module, and we have tried pasting an article from a word doc as both "paste as plain text" and "paste from word" and both ways end up with the following error when we submit the article...

Error: Edit Announcements is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: String or binary data would be truncated. Any tips? :)

Thanks!

most likely the text is too long, AFAIR there is a limit of 2000 characters for the HTML source. you may consider a 3rd party solution, e.g. NewsArticle from www.ventrian.com or Nuntio Articles form ww.dnnwerk.de
