Hallo all,

I have the problem after an upgrade from DNN 5.6.3 to 6.0.1 that my announcement module (version 4.0.3) generates invalid item links in the RSS view, like this:

http://www.ev-moosburg.dehttp//:ev-moosburg.de/dnn/Erste/Berichte/tabid/62/Default.aspx?ItemId=337

The generated RSS xml contains already the wrong item links. In DNN version 5.6.3 this was working correctly.

Does anybody know what might be the cause for this duplication of the host URL?

Many thanks,

Theo

Hello again,

I solved the problem by myself. It seems to be a changed behavior in the RssHandler of the core framework. I had to add a portal alias to www.ev-moosburg.de/dnn (which was missing before) and set this as the default alias. After this change the RssHandler created the correct links again.

Hope this helps other users too.
