Jitesh,
You can access a resource file through the DNN Admin | Languages Editor and edit files at the site or portal level. Open up the tree control on the left to find the module you want to edit. Clicking on the file will open a list in the right pane. Once there you can use your browser's search (CTRL-F) to find what you're looking for.

You can then make changes and click update to save. A word of advice: change your resx files at the site level. This will create a copy of just your changes for the portal you are working on...it won't effect any other portals on that DNN installation and prevents your changes from being overwritten when upgrading modules.

If I understand you correctly you want to be able to search for a word against ALL the resx files within your DNN installation and change it?

If this is the case you would need install some sort of resource file management application with access to the files themselves on the server. Perhaps others might know of something out there but I'm not aware of anything within DNN core or a module that provides this capability.
