Haven't noticed any other problems so far. Upgrade went very smoothly. i upgraded all modules in use to their respective latest releases.

O.K. Soit seems to be a skin issue. I changed the edit skin setting in the admin site settings to the default minimal extropy skin and the editor is working normally.

The weird thing is, it only seems to be affecting the text editor from within the Announcements Module and nowhere else..
