I tried to install FCKEditor and followed the instructions exactly, but no matter which account I use (SuperUser or regular user), I cannot edit anything on the site at all, I see the admin and host menu, but can't edit any module, the edit buttons do not appear on the modules nor do the menu's on the modules.  I can't even see the designated pane seperation lines that I would normally see in a SuperUser account.  (ex:TopPane, Contentpane, etc..) Why is this occurring?  I copied all the folders exactly as stated in the instructions as well as changed the web.config file exactly in the instructions.  Thanks in advance!

Nevermind, looks like I missed a line in the web.config file.  Thanks!
