I have removed the file since the official release is out. You can download 4.5.1 and the editor will work correctly.

Yes, the editor will work correctly, only if you do set correctly the compression settings.

Declic

From you configuration I may assume that you have more that 20GB of RAM?.. hehe (All stored in ram and heavy caching could kill my servers)

I have a question for you. have you ever tested those settings one by one? (Not all together)

I see that the problem is just the viewstate storage in memory (New feature). Heavy caching can cause some problems when editing too if you have chaching time enabled into this module instance

As I told you before, this is not a problem of the FCKeditor provider. This is a problem with the text/html module and you will get more help in the correct forum

People are thinking the provider has problems because this kind of posts. also, people in charge of the text/html module could never read these posts because they are not in the forums they read.

A suggestion for you: Always try to test default configurations before applying customizations. So you will able to post helpful information within your posts

Boskone,

I did a fresh new installation of the latest version 4.5.1 in my local machine. The load image works perfectly.

So I took the site and put it the root directory of a live host (exact copy of files and directories estructure). I am testing the site. It works perfectly, except that  I am not able to load any images from Rich Text Editor in the forum and announcements modules.

The site is: http://www.puntodelaser.com/

I can pass on to you the admin name and password to see if you can detect where the problem is. I get that generic "Server Error in '/Providers' Applicationpage that does not tell anything as far as to what the problem is.

Thank you in advance.

Mr. SEEM
