As you may know, coding an html email is not the same as coding a web page. (It is similar but not the same as different headers are used). You can find info here:

The idea is that a module that send mail obtaining the main content and it adds the specific headers to the type of mail being built. An example of this is the core bulk email page. So that is a module task and not an editor task.

Well, after all you may still want to use the full page then you can take the source code and modify the FCKHtmlEditorProvider.vb at line 504 and change cntlFck.FullPage = true
