IE on mac doesn't exist anymore (and is the worst browser ever IMHO) and Safari with FCK is still a problem.

Use Firefox or Opera, they work fine

Thanks Timo, tried Firefox and it did work.

Forgive me as I'm a neophyte on this level.  With the statement made in the link you provided where do I go next?

"Good results have been achieved, and today the editor started working with the latest WebKit nightly build. You can try it with the nightly build of FCKeditor."

Is there a way to make Safari this work in DNN?

Thanks in advance!

The nightly build is like a beta version of the editor.

You can install it inside the current provider, but I don't recommend to use it on a production site until a stable release is produced by the editor team.

To install a new version of the editor in the provider, just uncompress the FCKeditor package in the

Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Fck\FCKeditor

folder

When packaging the provider we removed some unneeded files. You can optionally remove them too (Compare folders) but remember that the editor must work without removing files

PLEASE DO A BACKUP of the original folder in case that you need to recover something.

Hope it helps
