I just installed two new installs of 4.7.0 and upgraded it to 4.8.2 for new projects.   All installed without a hitch - but Text/HTML module is not working - in the "quick edit" mode (without clicked edit text) - the icons do not show upon scroll over - just boxes without icons (but they work)  - when I click edit text - the basic text version works but the rich text version doesn't show any controls - just a blank box.   The web.config file shows the pathes identical to those in the 4.5.4. versions I have working successfully.   All files are uploaded and in the folders they should be in - same as in the older working versions.   I reinstalled the text/html module twice (2nd time after uninstalling and reinstalling and still have the same problem - on this critical module.    I have some sort of error messaging popping up that says  'FckBrowserInfo' is undefined. But everything seems to be installed.   Any ideas?
