At the risk of not finding an answer - has anyone built a custom image manager for the FCK provider - I realize there is a path inthe web.config to point to a different manager but is there any gotchas in building your own?

Dylan, there is a project at DNN Forge dealing with image editing and management controls, but no FCK integration AFAIR.

I know this old now but I have found this has moved up on my agenda now - if anyone has built or modified the FCK editor image handler i would love to look over the code for ideas - my issues are these

I have people segregated by a Profile Property and they should only see images corresponding to the Profile Property they have so for example user 1 has a CorpID profile property of 502 - he should only see and upload to folder 502 - user 2 has a CorpID profile property of 16547 so he should only see and upload to folder 16547 etc. etc.

I know i could do this with permissions and roles but in this case that wont work - really just looking at this point guess i will have to just dig in if no one has done anything like this
