Hi EveryBody,

I have just installed the DNN 5.0.0 RC2 and am quite new in DNN. I want to create my own custom modules and for that i am  just using Michael's tutorial to create the DotNetNuke modules.

But in the very first step when i have opened the DNN website in VS2008 and click on Build solution . In theory it shouldnt give me any error messages but it is giving me 6 error messages and all the related with FCK Editor.

Error    1    Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor. 

Error    2    Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.FckHtmlEditorProvider.fckStyles'.   

Error    3    Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.FckHtmlEditorProvider.fckimagegallery'.   

Error    4    Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.FckHtmlEditorProvider.fckCSS'. 


Error    5    Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.FckHtmlEditorProvider.fcklinkgallery'.   

Error    6    Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.FckHtmlEditorProvider.FckHtmlEditorOptions'. 

Could you please suggest me what i have to do to get rid of these errors.

Verify that the .dll is located in the /bin folder

Yes i was missing with the .dll file in /bin folder. After putting it in right place it is working fine.

Hi Mauricio,

Thanks for the suggestion. I had the same problem which was fixed as soon as I moved the "DotNetNuke.FckHtmlEditorProvider.dll" from bin\Providers to bin.
