 Hi guys,

I am trying to integrate DNN FCKeditor on my website which I am developing for. I used the standard FCKEditor from www.fckeditor.net and it works fine but I am unable to customize it as it is using c#. So I tried DNN FCKeditor and I am unable to get it to work with my site. I have unzipped the files to the root folder of my VS Web Developer project. I have also added the reference to the DNN FCKeditor DLL. Then when I tried to add it to my toolbox, it says assembly not found (or something similar to that).

Is there a guide or tutorial to help me integrate DNN FCKeditor to my site? Something like the one for www.fckeditor.net would be good enough.

Thanks for your help guys!

The DotNetNuke installation of FCKEditor contains the editor itself and the DotNetNuke provider to integrate it into DNN. If you are creating a custom non-DNN ASP.Net solution, you should go with the package from www.fckeditor.net. If you try to use FCKEditor with DNN, use the downloadable package (which is also already included in DNN distribution) and follow the install procedure described in the included manual.
