The editor here in DOTNETNUKE site and in my new site seem to use the lihtbox effect for popup windows - however IE 7 doeswnt seem to present them right is there something I am missing in setup or in ie

 

all i get is the white overlay and a few gray bars picture at this link http://codemypantsoff.com/portals/2/problem.gif

I'm getting the same thing.  I see it when I try to insert a graphic.  I think it might be an ajax problem, as I've experienced some strange effects on other web sites (like godaddy.com's domain manager).

Anybody have any ideas about this?

What a coincidence.  I have 1 user reporting the same error.  Looks identical to your screen shot.
Anyone seen a fix or know what the problem is?

I know this particular user is using IE8 in compatibility mode.  I have also added the meta info to force the site to load in compatibility mode.
