I am running DNN version 5.2 and FCKEditor version 2.3.1.  I am having the same problem mentioned in another thread that the linking feature does not work in IE9 and am assuming I need to upgrade my editor in order to fix this.

We are exploring the possibility of upgrading DNN to version 6.x sometime this year, but we have some Active Directory and Role Sharing custom work in place that keeps us from being able to just upgrade with no "work" involved.  We have to source it out and have to get a budget, etc.  Anyway... in the meantime, I need to get my editor working.

What version of the CKEditor can I upgrade to while staying on DNN 5.2.  How do I implement the upgrade and will this indeed fix the IE9 issue?

Any help/answers you can provide is appreciated!

you should be able to use latest version of ckEditor provider (dnnckeditor.codeplex.com). Unzip install download and select appropriate package for your DNN version.
