I have made a registration form, and have used an FCKEditor on the form which is set as Visible, and Required.

When i complete the form (i also have other required fields), and click Register, the text gets cleared from the FCKEditor and i am told it is a required field.

My Question is, Why doesnt the text i have entered in the FCKEditor field get saved?

It is a bug within the new profile module. It was reported at gemini

The new FCKrelease includes a workaround for this and will be released soon (Beta testing now)

With reference to the above fix are there any timeframes@

What i have also noticed is, the Visibility' of the text box the user is unable to change it from visible only to admin to visible to public or members. Is this all part of the same bug?

we have many people testing it right now. It will be released soon, but I have not a specific date

That has to be with the profile module. FCKeditor cannot interfere with that.
