I created a new table in SQL and setup all the fields needed. So I connect to this table wihtno problem and display the points on the map with no problem. But in my table I have fields: Firstname, Lastname, Description

I can get Description field to display on the popup marker but I can't get Firstname and Last name to display

How do I display these two fields on popup marker dynamically?

As indicated by the map documentation, you  only have access to the known field names that exist within the core table. This WILL be changing soon to incorporate display and use of additional columns from your custom source. Generally what you would do here currently is concatenate your results via the query:

Select '<span>' + Firstname + ' ' + LastName + '</span><br/><span>' + Description + '</span>' as Description
