I have recently upgraded to DNN 5.1.1 and the map module has stopped working correctly.

I just want to display several points on a map, I am using standard data points. I click on the data icon, then click on 'New' and the point editor dialog box appears, I fill in all of the data, including the latitude and logitude and click 'Save'. The dialog box then disappears and nothing else happens i.e. the map point is not added to the table.

I also have one existing map point in the table from before my upgrade to 5.1.1. Unfortunatly the same thing happens when I try to edit the point, I click on 'Save' and the changes are not saved.

I have tried deleting the map and adding it again, also reinstalling the module. I am guessing the problem is to do with the DAL for the module but it's strange how no errors are being reported in my event viewer in DNN. Can anyone help please???

I've got the same issue Roger, DNN 5.1.1, can't add data points.

Can you post the code that you fixed?
